RECIPE: SLOW APPETISER - BEETROOT HUMMUS

An easy to make hummus bowl to share with friends

WHAT YOU NEED
A big bowl
One big cooked red beet
Kidney beans (cooked, canned -- or better: in a glass jar, or even better: cooked by yourself -- or even better: grown in your garden ;) )
Lemon
Vinegar (1 tbs)
A pinch of salt and pepper

WHAT TO DO
Put everything in a bowl, blend.
Optional: add sesame seeds, coriander, garlic flowers, and whatever you think might taste good!
Serve with sliced avocado, nachos, fresh bread...
